Problem#
Intake and test results arrive messy. The clinician still has to send a report someone will sign. Capture, write, and export usually live in three tools. The last mile stays in Word and email.
What I built#
I joined as a design engineer. I'm now Lead Engineer. Identity, generation, and export are one system. Test results and intake become a draft the psychologist reviews and signs. This page does not describe patients, transcripts, or documents.
One hard decision#
Reuse the pipeline as a copy inside the surface — never as a shared fork across products. Privacy and ownership, not cleverness.
What the clinician sends is a short, house-voice document. Not a dump of the model.
